Unlock 5 guideline Decalred

 Unlock 5 guideline Declared

Activities that had stopped in the Corona period are slowly gaining momentum. The Unlock 4 limit expires on Wednesday. It is hoped that the guideline of Unlock 5 can be announced by the Home Ministry on Tuesday. Step-by-step steps have been taken since July after the nationwide lockdown started on March 24 to curb the spread of the corona virus. So far, public places like malls, salons, restaurants, gyms have been opened in four phases of unlock. In the previous guidelines issued under Unlock Four, students of 9th to 12th class were given conditional exemption to go to school, open places like gym, yoga center.

Expectations from the Unlock 5 Guidelines

Overall, only much-needed services have been allowed so far, while entertainment venues such as cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, etc. have not been opened. Permission was also granted to hold some public ceremonies with limited people. Meanwhile, schools, colleges and trains have not been fully opened. In this case, their permission is expected in the guidelines coming today under Unlock 5. However, opening primary schools is unlikely.

Will there be permission for public meetings?

In view of the festivals in the month of October and the Assembly elections in Bihar, some more public events may be allowed. At the same time, the number of people can be increased in the public events which were already allowed. Political rallies are also expected to be allowed. The Mamata Banerjee government of West Bengal has already given permission to set up a pandal for Durga Puja. However, the Mamata government has imposed conditions like keeping the pandals open from all sides, putting masks on the devotees, organizers and others and keeping sanitizers in places in the pandals. The strictest condition is that no more than 100 people can gather in a pandal at a time.

The ministry of home affairs has announced an in depth guideline for Unlock 5, or for reopening to be effective from October 1, shortly. Despite a steep rise within the number of Covid-19 cases within the country, the house ministry has made it clear that there would be more relaxations and fewer restrictions, though local administrations in some states are heavily counting on voluntary curfew, local lockdowns etc.

Here are the guidelines:

* Cinemas/ theatres/ multiplexes are going to be permitted to open with upto 50% of their capaciousness , for which, SOP are going to be issued by Ministry of data & Broadcasting.

* Business to Business (B2B) Exhibitions are going to be permitted to open, for which, SOP are going to be issued by the Department of Commerce.

* Swimming pools getting used for training of sportspersons are going to be permitted to open, that the quality procedure (SOP) are going to be issued by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MoYA&S).

Opening of faculties , colleges, education institutions and training institutions.

Importance of greenhouse site selection and construction

Importance of greenhouse site selection and construction

A specific type of structure that regulates the indoor environment by covering it with a transparent or translucent lid. The scientific approach of preparing vegetables, flowers and dharu in a single season is called a greenhouse. In a tropical country like India, there is often no conducive environment for crop production throughout the year. The greenhouse is a blessing in disguise for controlling adverse weather conditions such as extreme cold, extreme heat, intense light, excessive rainfall or water shortages, snowfall, strong winds as well as severe pest infestations. In this greenhouse, carbon dioxide, oxygen and ethylene gas are regulated as required. This method is initially costly, meaning only expensive crops that cannot be grown in the open air and are grown to maintain certain standards required for export or to be processed and value added.

Benefits of a greenhouse:

  • Any type of plant can be grown anywhere.
  • Plants can be grown at any time of the year. (Off season)
  • Healthy good quality, exportable plants can be produced.
  • Diseases - It is easier to protect against pests.
  • Planting plants becomes easier. Nurseries can be done easily. (Indoor plants)
  • Greenhouses are expensive in the beginning but have good benefits in the long run.
  • Extra income can be earned in less land.
  • Unconventional (English) vegetables can be grown.
  • Prepared a greenhouse on the terrace of the house, did kitchen gardening and got daily vegetables.
  • Greenhouse crops have good production sustainability.
  • Employment opportunities can be increased.
  • Common methods of augmentation and tissue culture can be used to grow new plants and harden the prepared plants.

What crops can be grown

  • The following vegetables, ornamental flowers, fruits and ayurvedic crops can be grown in a protected environment.
  • Vegetables: Tomato, cucumber, lettuce, chilli, capsicum varieties, oats in winter and coriander, fenugreek in summer etc.
  • Cold vegetables: broccoli, parsley, asparagus, brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, leeks, thyme, celery, babycorn, etc.
  • Fruits: Strawberries, grapes etc.
  • Ornamental Plants: Hybrid Roses, Chrysanthemums, Funda Plants, Gerberas, Gypsophilia, Carnations, Difenbeckia, Maranta, Aglonima, Coleus, Monstera, Alpenia etc.

A greenhouse is a specific type of structure with a frame covered with a transparent or translucent covering of plastic, polyethylene or glass in which the indoor environment can be modified according to the needs of the crop The main advantage of this is that more flowers or ornamental plants as well as vegetables can be produced from a small area for many months. Also good quality flowers can be grown. At present, greenhouse is considered as a very important organ for floriculture in Gujarat. In our state, high temperature, erratic rainfall, excessive intense sunlight as well as fluctuations in the percentage of humidity in the air have adverse effects on the crop production of flowers. In such a heterogeneous situation, good quality pathogen free flowers can be obtained by controlling the indoor environmental factors through the greenhouse. The price of flowers in winter season is much lower than in summer season. So that in the summer season, by cultivating the flowers of cutflowers through the greenhouse, the price can be obtained and more foreign exchange can be obtained by exporting abroad.

Things to keep in mind while choosing a place:

  • The place should be higher than the surrounding space. The slope of the land should be such that rainwater is well drained in monsoon and sewerage should also be provided for rainwater disposal.
  • The quality of drinking water should be good i.e. its pH. PP to 8.0 and Electrical Condition (EC) 0.4 to 0.3 DS. / M. Should be.
  • If canal water is available on the site selection, it will be more desirable.
  • The greenhouse should always be away from large trees and buildings so as not to obstruct sunlight.
  • The place should be pollution free and there should not be any kind of industry around.

Directions: Single span greenhouses can be erected in any direction. Also the multing span greenhouse is erected in the north south direction. So that sunlight can be found satisfactorily on every part of it. Types of greenhouses:

There are various designs of greenhouses in India. Of which four types of greenhouses have more fame. Simple greenhouse, low cost greenhouse, medium cost greenhouse and high cost greenhouse. The main costs in constructing a greenhouse depend on the preparation of the structure, cost of electricity and water control system. The structure is mainly made of polyethylene sheet, acrylic sheet, galvanized pipe etc. Electric costs typically include ventilation fans, electric pumps for water, electricity and their control units. In addition water system uses drip system, micro sprinkler, fogger, exhaust fan and filling pad.

Plain greenhouse :.

This type of greenhouse is less expensive. Which can be made from items found in the local market. The structure of this type of greenhouse is made of bamboo and covered with polyethylene sheets. Greenhouses are lined with windows or roofs covered with green or black plastic nets or pieces of linen for ventilation. Plain greenhouses are especially convenient where there is little heat. In this type of greenhouse, seasonal flowers

Basic requirement of concrete for construction of greenhouse:

  • The foundation should be able to withstand the load of the greenhouse safely on the ground as the pressure on it feels like wind force.
  • 35 cm from the ground surface. A deep foundation of 1 foot should be made.
  • The foundation should be firmly built.
  • The base plot (5 inch diameter) is welded under the GI pipe going to the base.

Greenhouse construction:

Ventilation should be more effective. Ventilation should be kept open on the side of the wall and in the room where the average maximum temperature is 280C. It is necessary to make ventilation of Mobha where there is more than.

Ventilation should be kept permanently open in warm and humid thematic climates.

Ventilation should be kept off in polar areas to protect plants from extremely low temperatures.

If necessary, install nets on ventilation to prevent birds and insects from entering.

The ground floor should be larger than the size of the greenhouse and should be designed so that no rats or other animals can enter.

Drainage is required to dispose of rainwater.

The gutter should be at least 2.5 meters high.

The side walls should be covered by the roof of the greenhouse. So that water can stop entering the greenhouse.

The construction of the greenhouse should be aerodynamically shaped so that it can provide adequate protection against wind i.e. the northern and southern part of it should have a harkeyistic corridor.

The construction of the foundation should be guaranteed, resistant to wind and non-corrosive. The plastic film should be resistant to wind. It should be tied tightly.

In areas where high wages have to be paid, the film should be made in a simple manner.

Plastic film that can last at least two years should also be used where there is a high degree of radiation.

Parts that use iron need to be insulated to protect them from the sun's rays. White plastic strips or white paint are used for this.

The width of the plastic film varies according to the fabrication made in that country. East-west stretch film should be used for small or large greenhouses.

Water saving irrigation should be adopted so that the humidity in the air does not increase and diseases do not spread.

Greenhouses should be selected where canal water is available as the quality of canal water is very good and if we store this water in the pond and use it for irrigation. O. There is no need for a plant. Ponds need to use polyethylene sheets so that the stored water does not seep into the ground.

Illegal online gambling was running on payment app Paytm, removed from Google Play Store

  • Paytm tweeted confirming Google's action
  • Users can no longer download or update the app on the Play Store
  • Google removed the app in violation of the policy

Paytm, India's largest payment app, has disappeared from the Google Play Store. Although Paytm's other app is Paytm Business, Paytm Malls is still available on the Play Store. So the app is also available on the App Store. According to media reports, Google has taken action against Paytm for violating its policy.

The app was removed in violation of Google's gambling policy

There has been no clarification from Google yet to remove Paytm from the Google Play Store, but according to some media reports, the app has been removed due to a violation of the gambling policy. Google India in its blog post today talked about the policy of gambling (online gambling). Nowhere in the blog is Paytm's name mentioned, but it seems to be hinting at Paytm, as the app was removed from the Google Play Store within minutes of the blog being published. The company has caught the eye of Google since Paytm launched PaytmCricketLeague. Google has made this decision to stop online gambling.

The company has said in its blog that it will remove the app that violates the policy from the Play Store, as well as restore the app after complying with Google's terms. However, the PATM has remained silent on the matter.

gujarat Private School Fee today News

gujarat Private School Fee today News

Schools have been closed for 6 months and online education is being provided due to the Corona epidemic, but private schools are currently not in a position to pay fees as the lockdown has hit parents' financial income. Private school administrators are not ready to give fee relief. A hearing in this regard was held in the Gujarat High Court today. During the hearing, the High Court said that the state government has the power to decide on fees.

The High Court said, why do you ask us to be mediators?

The High Court also found out why the government did not take a decision on its own and wanted us to mediate. Why the High Court should be the mediator and the government should decide for itself and implement it. With these findings, the High Court disposed of the government's application for mediation. The High Court also left the final decision on fee reduction to the government.

Administrators are willing to waive the fee increase of 5 to 12 percent approved by the FRC

Earlier, the Gujarat government had filed an application in the High Court against the arbitrariness of school administrators in collecting fees. In response to the petition, the school administrators had filed an affidavit in the High Court a week ago. The affidavit states that the administrators are willing to waive the 5 to 12 per cent fee increase approved by the FRC for schools by keeping the student fees unchanged.

School administrators are unwilling to waive fees

In the two meetings held by the government with the administrators, they were not willing to bow down at all, the government had submitted in court. The government, in its application to the High Court, had submitted that a meeting has been held twice with the administrators to find a way out of the fee matter. The government had offered to waive 25 per cent of the students ’fees, which the administrators refused. Administrators are unwilling to waive fees.

The Gujarat High Court is currently hearing the private school fee dispute in the state. That's when the biggest news came about school fees. School administrators are ready for a fixed fee reduction. Discuss the preparation for what percentage fee reduction. Running.

Chief Justice Vikram Nath and Justice J.B. A hearing is underway before Pardiwala's bench. The Advocate General submitted in court that the government could not issue a notification on the issue of fees as the settlement was not reached.

The state government has vast powers, the Chief Justice told the Advocate General. There are powers vested under the Epidemic Act and the Disaster Management Act. If the government has the power to decide on its own for fee reduction, then why apply to the court? The court told the government, you decide for yourself. Why do you ask us for mediation?

School administrators said it was not acceptable for the government to talk of a fixed fee reduction. We are willing to reduce or waive fees on a case-by-case basis. We will help anyone who has died in an epidemic or is in financial trouble. "We want to charge a fee for the extracurricular activities we offer," school administrators said.

Notably, in the school fee controversy, school administrators took an oath in the Gujarat High Court last Thursday to oppose the 25 per cent waiver formula. On the issue of school fee disputes, school administrators have sworn that the government's compromise formula is not acceptable. "The fee waiver is 25 per cent higher when we are ready to waive the fee sanctioned by the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC)," he claimed. Managers have offered to keep last year's fees unchanged at 5 per cent to 12 per cent. It has also shown readiness to waive fees on a case-by-case basis for students.

Gujarat is also expected to get a fee waiver due to the recent 30 per cent waiver of fees by the Rajasthan High Court. The schools were closed due to the lockdown, so parents are protesting against the schools demanding full fees. In addition, the parents of the students studying in the school will be able to pay the fees in three installments till January 31 next year. The verdict was handed down by Rajasthan High Court Justice SP Sharma.

This verdict may prove to be important for Gujarat as there is a controversy over private school fees in Gujarat as well. The Rajasthan government, like the Vijay Rupani government in Gujarat, had ordered schools not to charge fees since the school was closed during the Corona. The High Court passed the order on an appeal by private schools challenging the Rajasthan government's order. About 200 schools had challenged the Rajasthan government's order by filing three separate applications. The private school could not charge fees due to a state government order. Due to the Koro crisis, the Rajasthan government had banned private schools from charging fees till they reopened.
