The government has told schools that parents will be able to pay fees at their convenience. It will not be able to take penalty if it is delayed.
Earlier, the deadline for payment of fees was October 31

Fees may increase next year
Manan Choksi, president of the Association of Progressive Schools, said that while schools have lost 5% of the annual increment, there is now a 25% fee waiver. The government will help with the remaining 25 per cent fee
