Corona has so far infected 1,07,789 people and killed 3,303 people across the country. At the same time, 42,309 patients have recovered after treatment. Maharashtra has the highest number of 37,136 infections in the country with 9,639 patients recovering. Tamil Nadu ranks second with 12,448 infected. Where 4,895 patients have recovered. In Gujarat, the number of patients has risen to 12,141 and 5,043 patients have recovered after treatment. On Tuesday, 6141 cases of infection were reported and 3030 were also cured. This number is the highest in a day. The highest number of 5049 patients was met on May 17 in the previous one day. On May 20, Maharashtra alone saw an increase of 2078 patients. For the fourth day in a row, more than 2,000 reports came positive in the state. Besides, 688 patients were found in Tamil Nadu, 500 in Delhi, 395 in Gujarat, 338 in Rajasthan, 321 in Uttar Pradesh and 229 in Madhya Pradesh.
