Arrangements will be decided in a day or two: Temple CEO

Jitendra Ojha, CEO, Srinathji Mandir Mandal, Nathdwara, told DivyaBhaskar that the darshan has now started on a trial basis which was completed on Tuesday. From October 28, Vaishnavism will be barred from entering the temple for darshan. Discussions are underway with the district administration to set a date for reopening the Darshan. The number of admissions per day and which darshans to keep open during the day will also be decided. All this will be decided in two-three days but registration has already started.

Tomorrow's meeting will decide on the new arrangement of Darshan: Collector

Rajsamand Collector Arvind Poswal said that a meeting of Srinathji Mandir Mandal is to be held at Rajsamand Collectorate on Wednesday. The meeting will review the arrangements during the darshan on the trial. Consideration will also be given to when and how the system of darshan for Vaishnava devotees outside Srinathji will be started. The meeting will also decide on how to open the darshan.

Thakurji's darshan at Srinathji temple was closed due to lockdown

The gates of the Srinathji temple have also been closed to visitors since the government announced a lockdown on March 23 due to the Koro epidemic. However, inside, Thakurji's service routine continued but the darshan was closed to the public. Now the fury of the Koro transition is slowly receding and even the central government has fully flagged the unlock process, opening the door for the world-famous Srinathjibawa's darshan.
