A heart touching story of an auto driver has come to light in Mumbai. It is also going very viral on social media. The death of two sons in two years on auto driver Desraj brought down a mountain of grief, but they did not give up.




Due to financial constraints, the 74-year-old Deshraj also sold his house to educate his granddaughter. Elderly Desraj ji Tantod is working hard to take care of his children and wife after the death of his son. Humans of Bombay shared this heartbreaking story on its social media page and appealed to the people for help. The target was to raise Rs 20 lakh through this initiative, but this amount has been exceeded. Rs 24 lakh has now been collected through this initiative and the check has been handed over to the auto driver.


"My eldest son went missing from home 6 years ago," Humans of Bombay wrote, sharing the story of auto rickshaw driver Desraj. He left home for work and never returned. His son's body was found a week later. Desraj's 40-year-old son, who was driving near Khar in Mumbai, died, but his elderly father did not have time to mourn him and the next day he started driving on the road.


Two years later, another tragedy unfolded, and they lost another daughter. While driving the auto, a call came that your son's body was found on the platform, he has committed suicide. The corpses of two sons have been cremated, what greater grief could there be for a father.

"When my granddaughter got 80 per cent in the 12th standard board exam, she made customers ride for free to celebrate," Desraj said. Then when his granddaughter said he wanted to go to Delhi for B.Ed course, a big problem came up for Desraj. Desraj knew they could never raise that much money. But he did not give up and sold his house to her and admitted her granddaughter to a school in Delhi. This story of auto driver Desraj has touched the hearts of many people on social media. Right now many people are coming forward to help them.
