Description

This course is designed for participants who have already taken SNAP Course 1 (Performance Assessment in the NGSS Classroom) or who have extensive experience using the NGSS Appendices E, F,and G and with analyzing the dimensions of a performance assessment. In order to receive a Statement of Accomplishment at the end of this course, you must complete all of the reflections and assignments (the required tasks are indicated on the course outline and they can be identified by having a note about the possible number of points associated with them). There are also questions embedded throughout the course that are prompts for your group to discuss and in those cases one team member can enter a response for the whole group.

Procedures for defining performance outcomes, selecting phenomena, and developing a task to meet a set of criteria for high-quality assessment.

Participants will have opportunities at two crucial points during the course to engage in a peer feedback process with another development team.

And cryptocurrencies continue to proliferate, raising money through initial coin offerings, or ICOs. The total value of all cryptocurrencies on July 9, 2021, was more than $1.4 trillion — down from April high of $2.2 trillion, according to CoinMarketCap. The total value of all bitcoins, the most popular digital currency, was pegged at about $630 billion — down from April high of $1.2 trillion

The answer is, they are remunerated with the underlying cryptocurrency. This incentive-driven system is called a proof-of-work (PoW) mechanism. The computers ‘working’ to ‘prove’ the authenticity of blockchain transactions are known as miners. In return for their energy, miners receive freshly minted crypto assets.

Investors in cryptocurrencies don’t hold their assets in traditional bank accounts. Instead, they have digital addresses. These addresses come with private and public keys -- long strings of numbers and letters -- that enable cryptocurrency users to send and receive funds. Private keys allow cryptocurrency to be unlocked and sent. Public keys are publicly available and enable the holder to receive cryptocurrency from any sender.

In general, those who know about this currency will think of BitCoin as soon as they hear about cryptocurrency. Which is absolutely true but cryptocurrency means only BitCoin is wrong. There are many other types of cryptocurrencies. E.g., Monero, Ethereum, Lightcoin, Bitstone etc. And there are many other types of currencies that I have named here.

The birth of cryptocurrency is anarchist i.e. a group of human beings who were dissatisfied with the current centralized system. He developed this decentralized transaction method. Their purpose was to prevent any intermediaries or any kind of person or system from having information about their transactions. This cryptocurrency transaction is done by Blockchain Technology which we will understand better later.

Now let's talk about BitCoin. This currency was created on January 6, 2009 by a programmer named Satoshi Nakamoto. This coin is in a mathematical form. Like Minerals, BitCoin is mined to bring this currency to market. Even the mine of minerals is underground while the mine of this bitcoin is in the form of a box. And the mining of this coin i.e. the currency from this box is done by a heavy-duty computer and also takes more time. Here the speed of the CPU is measured in Hasrate according to the standard of the computer. This currency comes into the market after the mining of such invisible boxes. The people who do this mining work here like a bank clerk but one thing is different here, the person working in the bank gets paid after a month.

Union Earth Science Minister Harsh Vardhan last Monday launched a government mobile application with the intention of tackling weather challenges in a timely manner, which will provide weather forecast information for almost every city in the country. The app will provide accurate information to the general public including weather, temperature, rain, wind speed, air humidity. According to the government, the app will start releasing weather forecast reports for around 450 cities in India in the next seven days. 24 hour weather forecast will be given on this app.

Notifications will be updated eight times a day on the Mausam app. At the same time, colors have been used to easily understand the weather updates. Weather information on the app will also be available in three colors Red, Yellow and Orange. At the same time, a warning will be issued if the weather is dangerous. The app will initially give weather updates to 800 stations and districts at three-hour intervals....

The Mausam app is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This mobile app is jointly developed by International Crop Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) and Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM), Pune and Indian Meteorological Department. Speaking on the occasion of the app launch, Minister Harshvardhan said that huge investment is needed to replace the new device, computer related resources to make the weather update accurate. He said the investment should be at least double the current budget. Explain that till now there was no special mechanism for daily updates regarding weather forecast in the country. In such cases, people had to resort to the reports of private institutions, which did not provide weather updates for every single city. In this case, the official new Mausam app can get rid of this problem.
