Housing sector

One more big announcement has been made in the field of housing. Now both the home builder and the homeowner will benefit. It is often observed that there is a gap between the circle rate and the agreement value, with only 10 per cent provision in the Income Tax Act. Most people had a 10 percent discount when they first arrived and it has been increased to 20 percent. This means that if the price of a property has gone down but the circle rate is higher, there will be an advantage. But this is only for a house worth up to Rs 2 crore. This scheme will be applicable till March 31, 2021.
