ગુજરાત એસ.ટી. મા કંડકટર ની આ ભરતી માટે નીચે મુજબના લાયકાત ના ધોરણો નક્કી કરવામા આવ્યા છે.

વય મર્યાદા

કંડકટરની આ ભરતી માટે લઘુતમ વયમર્યાદા 18 વર્ષ જ્યારે મહતમ વયમર્યાદા 33+1 = 34 વર્ષ નિયત કરવામા આવી છે. અનામત કક્ષાના ઉમેદવારોને મહતમ વયમર્યાદામા નિયમાનુસાર છુટછાટ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત

કંડકટરની આ ભરતી માટે શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત ધોરણ 12 પાસ નિયત કરવામા આવી છે. ઉમેદવાર ધોરણ 12 પાસ કરેલ હોવા જોઇએ.

લાયસન્સ

પ્રાદેશીક વાહનવ્યવહાર કચેરી તરફથી મળેલ કંડકટર લાયસન્સ તથા બેઝ હોવા જરૂરી છે.

એસ.ટી. મા કંડકટરની આ ભરતી લેખીત ઓ.એમ.આર. બેઝ પરીક્ષાથી કરવામા આવનાર છે. જેમા 10 ગુણનુ પેપર લેવામા આવશે. ભરતી માટે આ પરીક્ષાના માર્કનુ 100 % વેઇટેજ રહેશે.

કંડકટરની આ ભરતી માટે 5 વર્ષ સુધી ફીકસ પગાર રૂ.18500 મળૅવાપાત્ર છે. ત્યારબાદ સંતોષકારક સેવાઓ બદલ કંડકટર સંવર્ગનો નિગમમા જે મૂળ પગાર અમલમા હોય તેમા નિયમિત નિમણૂંક મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
